Refund policy

The Bothered Bunny knows it's exciting to finally receive the order you've been looking forward to. We also know "s*#t happens" sometimes and it's a bother. The good news is we've got a plan for that.

To give you a heads up- here's the scoop on what's returnable or exchangeable and what we need to help you out.

If you have a problem with your order send us an e-mail at BOTHERED@thebotheredbunny.com. or click here for our contact page.
Tell us what's up and we'll contact you within 5 to 7 business days to let you know what we can do.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 20 days of confirmation of item delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returnable items include the following:

Item with manufacturing faults

Returnable items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, including the order number and applicable photographs.

Exchangeable items include the following:

Exchangeable item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, including the order number and applicable photographs. There may be a return shipping fee for some exchanged items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, including the order number.
