Art

Do you really make all the product designs from your own artwork?
All the products available on this site are my own creations. Most all start from one of my paintings. Exceptions will be some of the decals and stickers I make for fun. Sometimes an Idea comes up that doesn't require a painting. In these cases I will note it in the description.
I love being able to offer something completely unique that I can share with you, so you can find a whole different way to incorporate it into your style.
Can I request a special-order piece of art just for me, or as a gift?
Yes. I’d love to hear your ideas for a new, unique style.
Any special request pieces are subject to my review, approval and availability. Upon completion the design is exclusive to the collaborator for a period of one month. After that time, and if approved, it is made available for purchase on the website store for the general public under the collaborator’s name. (so you get credit too).
Go to the Contact Page and enter Special-Order Request in the first line of the comments section. Be sure to include your complete contact information, the written description for your design, including color ideas. I will contact you for further information.

Products

Do your shoes “run true to size”?
Our customers find our shoes do -as they say- “run true to size”.  They also come to you brand-spankin’ new (as they say). So, you may find them snug to begin with and then softened a bit with wear.  
However, if you happen to regularly wear insoles you may want to consider a half-size, or full size larger than your normal size- depending upon the thickness of your insoles.
Can I wash the shoes?
I do confess, I wash my high-tops and Slip-ons in the washer with cold water. (I'm just lazy that way) Just hang to dry.
Repeated washing will eventually cause fading, so keep that in mind.
All the shoe styles can be hand washed with a very small amount of mild soap and cold water.
Do you have sales or product coupons?
Yes. Subscribers receive regular information about new product launches, discounts and sales throughout the year. Subscribe to our e-mail list at the bottom of this page and we'll bother you with all the perks.
Are the decals really removable?

Yes. The decals are removable and moveable.
They function best when originally applied to a clean surface, so they will have nothing interfering with sticking to the new surface.
Be gentle and gradual with removals, as they can tear or curl if scraped or tugged on.
Just remember sticky is not forever. At some point the decal will want a home.

What if I don't see my phone cover size?

There may be a size of cover we can get but don't list. There may be a size not available to us at the time the product design was added to our shop. Things change, so it never hurts to ask.

Returns

What is your return policy?
The basics on returns are simple: You contact us as soon as you get your order to let us know what's up.
We'll let you know what we need to verify your issue. (this generally includes descriptions and photos)
If it's made wrong we'll replace it.
If it's the wrong item we'll exchange it.

 Are there items that are not returnable?
Sale items, items that are being discontinued, personalized and one-of-a-kind items are not available for return, refund or exchange due to their limited release.
We are sometimes asked about Items damaged in transit. Please note those are the responsibility of the shipping company. We are happy to help with a new order to replace items once the damage issue is resolved with the shipping company.

Orders

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?
If you selected the wrong size and your order hasn’t been put into production yet, we can make that change for you. Contact us here as soon as possible. Add 'Size Change' to the heading. Let us know your order number, name and the size change you need.
Unfortunately, if your order is already in production we cannot make changes to that order, but let us know and we'll try to help you find the best solution to get the size you need.
How long will it take for my order to be produced?
Your order is produced once your payment is received, and are generally ready for shipping within 3 to 5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is complete you will receive information
regarding shipping and tracking through the contact information you provide at checkout. If you don’t receive this information within 7 business days please give us a heads-up here so we can help you out.
What if it says my order was delivered and I don’t see it?
Sometimes packages get lost in the mail.
If you’ve already checked with your neighbors, take a look at the shipment tracking information you received from our store. The delivery information will include a link to the shipping service, tracking and shipping numbers and your shipping address. Double check that shipping address to be sure it reflects your address.
If it’s correct check in with your local post office as packages sometimes get trapped in mail limbo real close by.
What if my order is damaged or defective?
Well that would be a bother for you and would make us sad. Our products go through several quality checks before being shipped to you. This makes product defects unusual. However, we are aware that packages can get beat up in the mail. If the box your items arrive in is damaged we mark it down to the perils of shipping boxes, and you will want to contact the shipping company.
If the items inside the box are defective contact us here as soon as possible so that we can find out how to make it right.
Be sure to include the heading ‘Damaged or Defective’ with your order number, name, address and photos of the package and items. See our Return Policy for more information.
What if the items I received are not what I ordered?
Well that’s not right. Contact us here right away if you receive the wrong order.
Be sure to include 'Wrong item' in the heading, as well as your order number, name and address, along with photos of the items you received, and we will get to the bottom of the mystery to get your order to you as soon as possible.
What if I change my mind?
Well, that’s OK. People change their minds all the time.
While we don’t offer refunds on items based on changing your mind, we can donate those items to someone in need. Just contact us here with the heading ‘DONATE’ for further information.

Shipping

Are there any shipping restrictions?
Due to trade restrictions and international relations some product shipping locations are restricted through website purchases. Those locations will be noted in a product's description.
Since that bothers us...be sure to give us a heads up at bothered@thebotheredbunny.com or on our contact page if you're trying to get or give one of our products to a location that seems to be restricted. We'll do our best to figure out if we can help. Be sure to put "Shipping Restriction" in the subject of your message.
What if I need to change the shipping address on my order?
Changes to shipping addresses are not a problem if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. We can do our best to make a change to that new shipping address if you contact us here as soon as possible. Be sure to put 'Shipping Change' in the heading. Let us know your order number, name and shipping address changes needed.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to stop that shipment.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times will vary depending upon when your order is placed.
Most items are ready for shipping within 3 to5 days.
If you’re ordering during a holiday period that may take a bit longer, so we recommend ordering ahead during those periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on regular products of $30 or more within our online store.
If you have a special-order, direct from our studio, shipping charges may apply to those items. We’ll be sure to let you know if that applies to your order.
